Shipping Policy

We know you're excited to receive your Flexxi order (and we're just as excited to send it!), so we'll get it packed and on its way as quickly as possible.

Processing Times

Orders are typically packed and dispatched within 2-4 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day. 

Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping carrier. Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow your parcel's journey.

Customs & Duties

For international orders, customs duties, taxes or import fees may apply in addition to shipping costs depending on your country's regulations. These charges have been covered by us.

Australia
Free standard shipping on all orders, Australia-wide, with the added option of express shipping.

New Zealand
Flat rate shipping of $10 AUD.

UAE, UK & US
Flat rate shipping of $40 AUD.

International
Flat rate shipping of $30 AUD.

Lost, stolen, or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, contact us at isabella@flexxibeauty.com.au with your order order number and details. 

We cannot be responsible for packages after the carrier marks them as delivered.
